Hello. Sorry i havent posted anything in a while, see my internet service provider fucked my internet for 3 weeks. Good news is, internet is working again and i managed to paint defiler, terminators and redo flamers.

New ideas for the win.

Lo. Bin busy (not actually) and havent had time to paint (time is relative). Anyway i´ve bin thinkin´, what should i do after my CSM army is finished? Few days ago stupid incident reminded me of oldschool kickäss game called Dune 2. I remember when we used to play it for hours and hours with my friends. You might not know about it so i will give a quick briefing.

Dune 2 was one of the first RTS games ever created. It featured 3 different houses wich player could lead throught battle at arrakis. Gameplay was straightfoward, build base, defend it, spam troops, win and repeat. The story and background fluff (meow) was based on Frank Herbert book and film called Dune.

Now what this has to do with my new project? When Warp Wind is finished (and i mean finished, not nearly) i will start building imperial guard army with Dune theme. Game had really original and great design so its perfect way to practise my converting and sculpting skills.

But yeah back to topic. No i havent done anything about my space marines. Too lazy and i got exams coming aswell (excuses).

2007! Yay.

Hello.

Sorry i didnt make post last week, thats because i wasnt at home. But you didnt miss a thing. So woz going on now? I found some spare parts in my bitz box, enought to make 6 marines. Also i found 3 heavy bolters, Havocs anyone?

So i can make 3 Heavy bolter marines, but what to do with those other 3? Then the idea hit me like 200-kiloton thermal nuclear missile. I saw few days ago when one guy played Gears of War. In that game human race is being mutilitated by somekind of crazy aliens that crawl up from ground. Our hero is sent to kill em all with small squad and save the earth (thats pretty original concept). I didnt play myself so i cant say if the game is any good, but hell it has great weapon design. Assaul rifles WITH INTEGRATED CHAINSAW (oh the brutality when alien jumped infront of our hero, WROOOOMMM SPLLRORTS, fucking awesome) Hope you can see where this is going, im gluing chainswords under bolters (normal ones, not heavy). Those chainswordboltermarines... uh lets call em CSBM´s shall we? Yeah im going to give those CSBM troops mark of nurgle so they can use true grit rule and have extra thoughness (pretty useful when storming positions).

Im taking pictures when they´re ready.

They´re blue, blue like sky, blue like water, Blue like berserking lightning demons. Not entirely happy with these to be honest (hey look, i didnt use TBH. Maybe im not lost soul).

Uhh, i painted 2 converted chaos terminators. Why in the bloody hell i didnt take pictures while i was using the camera... Stupidity kills they say. Anyway im going to post (HA! didnt use gona here) them later, stay tuned [insert here dun dun dun sound].

You all´ve seen dread pictures so i wont post them again. Also i didnt take any pictures of flamers (actually they´re horror models, but when we´re talking about tzeentch, anything goes i guess) because i want full squad of em painted first.

Then i also took pictures about my converted chaos terminators (uhh.. Im not entirely sure if that sentence is correct english -.-´). Made from new plastic marine terminators. I changed front plate, head and added some spiky bitz.

I still need to paint defiler, 2x obliterators and 3x horrors. Then i´ve full 1500pts army. Tomorrow, im gona do some armylist tuning, thanks john for help.
